Event Ticket Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase and Validity

1.1. Acceptance of Offer: The purchase of a ticket constitutes an unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs by the Ticket Holder.
1.2. Sale Contract: A binding contract for the sale of the ticket is formed upon the Organizer's confirmation of full payment and the issuance of the ticket/confirmation.
1.3. Proof of Identity: The Organizer reserves the right to request valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Aadhar Card, Passport, Driver's License) for verification purposes.
1.4. Goods and Services Tax (GST): The ticket price is inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise specified.

2. Non-Refundable Policy (Irrevocable Clause)

2.1. Final Sale: All ticket sales are strictly final and non-refundable.
2.2. No Claim for Refund: The Ticket Holder acknowledges and agrees that they shall have no claim for a refund under any circumstances, including:

  • Inability to attend the Event due to personal reasons (e.g., illness, personal commitment, travel issues).
  • Non-use, loss, damage, or theft of the ticket.
  • Refusal of entry due to violation of the Code of Conduct (Section 6).
2.3. Exception: The Organizer is not obliged to offer any credit, exchange, or cash back in lieu of a refund.

3. Transfer and Resale

3.1. Transfer: Tickets may be transferred to another individual only with the express written permission of the Organizer and in accordance with any transfer procedure specified by the Organizer.
3.2. Resale Restrictions: The resale of tickets at a price higher than the original purchase price is strictly prohibited. Any ticket found to be resold in contravention of this clause shall be void, and the bearer may be refused entry without refund.

4. Postponement or Cancellation

4.1. Postponement: If the Event is postponed, the ticket shall be deemed valid for the rescheduled date. The Organizer is under no obligation to refund the ticket price due to postponement.
4.2. Cancellation: In the extremely rare event of a complete cancellation of the Event by the Organizer, the Organizer may, at its *sole and absolute discretion*, offer a credit for a future event or a partial refund, but this is not guaranteed given the non-refundable policy (Section 2).

5. Force Majeure

5.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is due to a Force Majeure Event.
5.2. Force Majeure Event means any event beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, including but not limited to: Acts of God, natural calamities (e.g., floods, earthquakes), acts of war or terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, fire, epidemic, pandemic (including government restrictions/lockdowns), or compliance with any law or governmental order in India.

6. Code of Conduct and Entry

6.1. Admission Rights: The Organizer reserves the absolute right to refuse entry or remove any person from the venue whose conduct is disruptive, unlawful, offensive, or violates any venue or safety regulations, without any obligation to refund the ticket price.
6.2. Compliance: All Ticket Holders must comply with all public safety announcements, venue rules, and any health and safety guidelines mandated by the Organizer or Indian government authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Ticket Holder agrees that the Organizer, its employees, or agents shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property suffered by the Ticket Holder during the Event, save where such damage is directly caused by the Organizer's gross negligence.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
8.2. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in [Chennai Jurisdiction].
